Company Consumer Complaint Reconciliation Tool
The Pennsylvania Insurance Department has joined several other states in making aggregate company specific complaint data available on its website.
To ensure the accuracy of the complaint data, an on-line complaint reconciliation program is available for use by your company to compare your record of complaints received with those recorded by the department. After designating a PIN contact by submitting the below form and obtaining a PIN, a company representative will be able to enter a date range and download the list of complaints the department received during that period.
