Highmark Request for Modification
Highmark Health has filed a request for modification of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department's Approving Determination and Order dated April 29, 2013, (Order No. ID-RC-13-06) (2013 Order) under Condition 27 of the 2013 Order. The request for modification was filed with the Department on October 16, 2023.
