Due to continued financially hazardous conditions as well as a recently completed fourth quarter 2020 financial statement that showed a substantially increased negative surplus, Bedivere Insurance Company (Bedivere) was placed into liquidation by Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court on March 11, 2021.
Files will be shipped to the appropriate guaranty associations across the country for their review. Anyone having unpaid claims should wait until they are contacted by their guaranty association.
