Why NextGen Insurance Academy?

Succession planning is an area of intense focus for both insurance companies and insurance regulators. The insurance industry is seeking the next generation of leaders. The Pennsylvania NextGen Insurance Academy is intended to introduce students to the wide variety of career opportunities available in the insurance industry. 

Students will have an exclusive opportunity to attend this free four-day interactive experience where they will participate in workshops focused on insurance careers. Students will meet and network with insurance industry professionals from both the public and private sectors. Upon completion of the program participants will earn a Pennsylvania NextGen Insurance Academy certificate.
